Daragh is also one of three partners in the firm. He attended University College Dublin where he graduated with a B.C.L (Bachelor of Civil Laws) honours degree before qualifying as a solicitor in 1992 after completing his time in the Law Society of Ireland.
A founding member in 1992, Daragh has since been involved in a host of different legal areas developing a great understanding for complex legal issues allowing him to successfully access the most difficult and complicated of cases. He specifically focuses his attention and expertise on Personal Injuries Litigation nowadays.
Daragh has represented individuals adversely affected following upon them having been fitted with the De Puy ASR System in their hip replacement surgery. He has successfully conducted many of these cases due to his diligence and application to the area of Injuries Litigation.
