Byrne Carolan Cunningham LLP Solicitors was founded in 1992 when we opened our first office in the heart of Athlone, Co. Westmeath. We have since expanded and now have offices in Moate, Co. Westmeath, Lanesborough, Co. Longford, Galway City and Dublin City.

Meet the Team
Daragh M. Byrne
Daragh is a graduate of University College Dublin and went on to qualify as a solicitor in 1992 after completing his studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
Brian Carolan
Brian graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1992 after completing his studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
Brian O’Brien
Brian is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997 having completed his studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
Niall Cunningham
Niall is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 1991.
Michael Leonard
Michael comes from Moycullen, County Galway and is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006.
Dolores Gacquin
Dolores is a graduate of University College Dublin and went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2006 having completed her studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
Sinead Costello
Sinead is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway. Sinead joined the firm in 2010 and went to on qualify as a solicitor having completed her studies with the Law Society of Ireland.
Tina Dolan
Tina is a graduate of University College Dublin. Tina was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2009 and joined the practice in 2023.
Mary Rohan
Mary joined the Firm in 1992 and Graduated from Athlone AIT with a Diploma in Legal Studies in 1997.
Gosia Michalska
Gosia joined the Firm in 2009 and has been an integral part of our legal team since then.
