Fractures
Our Medical Negligence Department have dealt with numerous claims involving a missed diagnosed or late diagnosed fractures. In our experience, there are two main reasons why you may be left with an untreated fracture, one being when the fracture is diagnosed and deliberately left untreated or secondly when it is simply not identified. In the case of the former, it may be the case that your fracture did not warrant any further surgery or treatment and may be left to recover without medical intervention. However, in the case of the latter where a fracture is simply not identified and treatment or surgery would have been the best option for you, then you may suffer complications or permanent problems as a result of the lack of treatment.
If you have a query regarding your fracture care and management, please contact our expert solicitors in confidence for advice specific to your own situation
