Selling your Property, be it your Family Home, Land or an investment Property doesn’t need to be stressful. It just needs a little Planning ahead.

It is important to contact us as soon as you decide to sell your Property.

We will arrange to immediately obtain your Title Deeds and check the Title of your Property to make sure that any issues are dealt with before you secure a Buyer. We will then be in a position to issue Contracts when a sale is agreed.

If there is a mortgage on the Property we will obtain the final redemption figure from the Bank and clear the mortgage from the proceeds of sale.
