Hospital Acquired Infection Injury

Hospital acquired infections can understandably cause immense upset as well as significant injuries. Common hospital acquired infections include MRSA and C DIFF or C Difficile.

MRSA and C DIFF generally arise in hospital settings due to poor infection control. Sadly, these infections attack people with weaker immune systems primarily those who are ill or elderly. There is often a delay in diagnosis or inappropriate therapy is given which can lead to deterioration or even death.
